At Niharika Organic Mart, customer satisfaction is very important to us. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Return Policy

Due to the nature of organic, beauty, and personal care products, we do not accept returns once the product has been opened or used.

Returns are only applicable if:

  • You receive a wrong product, or

  • You receive a damaged or defective product

In such cases, you must inform us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos as proof.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only if:

  • The product is out of stock after payment, or

  • The delivered product is damaged, defective, or incorrect and verified by our team

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days through the original payment method or as store credit.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse

  • Orders placed with incorrect information provided by the customer

4. Exchange Policy

We may offer an exchange instead of a refund for damaged or wrong items, depending on product availability.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before shipment only.
Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.

6. Shipping Charges

Shipping or delivery charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our mistake.
